I design and create a range of beautiful and unique fused glass home décor products. Many of my products have my signature bee sandblasted on as well as a range of all things botanical. Also in my shop is a selection of soy wax candles and naturally scented beeswax candles all hand poured in small batches.

Shipping
I ship to the address supplied on the Etsy invoice, so please check it prior to submitting your order. If you have paid with Paypal, please ensure you check the shipping address is correct there also, to avoid any confusion. Due to the weight difference of my products any overpayment of postage for multiple items will be refunded.
I will endeavour to ship within the timescale given on the item listing. If for some reason I am unable to do this I will contact you asap and let you know.
I send all of my items via Royal Mail second class. If you require an upgrade then please contact me. This also only insures for up to £20 so if extra insurance is needed I am happy to get a quote.
Anything returned to me due to an incorrect address will result in new shipping charges, which will be the responsibility of the buyer. There will be no refunds on missing packages due to an incorrect address.

Care instructions
To get the best from your candle, please ensure that once lit the melted pool of wax reaches the outer side of the container every time before extinguishing. This helps extend the life of your candle and prevents tunneling (when wax is left unburned). For woodwick candles please also use a lighter to light the wick and be patient (they can take longer to light than a cotton wick)! When re lighting ensure all loose burned wood has been removed.
